Beta Phase 0.0.5 – First User Front End Set Up Started

This stage was all about planning out who was going to be getting first access into the New England Job Board. Everyone will eventually get access but just starting small, the first users to get access will be the recruiters and hiring managers (both known to the board as recruiter users). Phase 0.0.5 starts the creation of the front end forms, pages, login page required to allow recruiters to interact and post to the board. Recruiters can now post job listings
